A heartiest welcome to the online shop of Regional Environmental Awereness Cameron Highlands. R.E.A.C.H. aims to preserve, restore and maintain Cameron Highlands as an environmentally sustainable agriculture and hill resort within a permanent nature reserve. We strive to maintain a balance between environmental protection and development and to safeguard water catchment areas as a vital resource for the highlands and lowlands. It is now run by a group of volunteers with funds from membership, donations, small grants, reforestation activities and sales of souvenirs. Help us to further our aims by buying products. All revenue goes 100% to the projects that R.E.A.C.H. runs.

This book is REACH's documentation of Wild Orchids of Cameron Highlands. It is almost entirely a home grown product, nurtured with care and dedication by our team of volunteers (orchidists, photographers, writers, editors, designers and many individuals who have supported this effort). This coffee table book showcases more than 300 beautiful pictures of wild orchids of the highlands amidst the backdrop of some of the more untouched and unspoilt areas of the highlands. It would make an ideal gift for those who appreciate the natural treasures of Malaysia. Proceeds from the sale of this book will be channelled to our conservation projects in Cameron Highlands. |
